    Disinfecting & Sanitization Service:

    Using spray technology, a disinfection solution is applied to all surfaces in specified treatment areas. Our technology allows us to cover large areas like stores & warehouses without costing businesses time. It also allows us to cover high touch areas such as door knobs and light switches and also those hard to reach areas like under desks & shelves, between keyboard keys & phone buttons. Our team utilizes EPA approved products to provide thorough sanitization throughout any work space, regardless of size. Disinfection & sanitization of surfaces is necessary with the current daily risks including Human Coronavirus, MRSA, Staph & Norovirus to name a few.

Interior Floor 
Care

Floor care including steam mopping, carpet shampooing, grout care & baseboard cleaning.
  • Service Includes

    Standard Floor Care 

    Utilizing traditional vacuuming of all hard and carpeted floors followed by mopping of all hard floors. Products are chosen based on type of floor being cleaned using caution to select the most appropriate ingredients to provide the most effective cleaning.


    Steam Mopping 

    For hard flooring including traditional vacuuming of surfaces in preparation, followed by steam mopping to remove build-up and grime leaving floors refreshed and sanitized. 


    Carpet Shampooing 

    Utilizing standard carpet shampooing equipment and color-safe products including traditional vacuuming of surfaces in preparation, followed by shampooing of carpeted surfaces. Repeat shampooing as needed for deeper stain removal. 


    Grout Care 

    Utilizing a combination of standard floor care, steam mopping as well as specialized grout scrubbing tools to remove build-up and grime for a fully refreshed floor. 


    Baseboard Cleaning 

    Including dry dusting and damp polishing on a rotating schedule, completed simultaneously with any standard floor care service. 

Pricing

Pricing for all services is provided after a consultation. 
All consultations are complimentary with no obligation to commit to services. 
At the time of the consultation, a walk thru will be completed with ABC staff member and client to review the specific needs of the space as well as the services that could potentially be provided. After the consultation a quote will be provided to the client outlining the specific details of their space as well as the services to be performed. Pricing will be outlined specific to the services rendered. 

The initial cleaning service for any client will almost always be a deep cleaning. An exception would be clients receive a la carte services. The deep cleaning sets the stage for which our crew will then maintain moving forward. Clients opting to receive routine services after that will receive discounted pricing based on the frequency chosen for their space. Clients opting for more frequent services will receive greater discounts. 

Residential Clients may choose weekly or biweekly services. Commercial Clients may choose multiple visits weekly, once weekly or biweekly options depending on the type of space and services being provided. Specialty services are considered deep cleaning services therefore discounted pricing will not be provided for these.

Pre-paid Services

Gift Certificates and Prepaid Services are available upon request. Consultation is still required and our staff is fully trained to help you make the best choice when deciding to give someone the gift of clean.
