  • The Details

    Dusting & Polishing

    Dusting refers to wiping of horizontal surfaces throughout the home using a dry dusting cloth or specialized duster. Polishing refers to wiping of the same horizontal surfaces using a microfiber cloth and dusting spray formulated for the type of surface being cleaned. Some vertical surfaces such as doors, moldings & millwork will also be dusted/polished. 


    Washing of Walls

    Scrubbing & Cleansing of Walls such as hallways, stairways, entryways and corners to alleviate smudges, fingerprints and dirt.   


    Detailing of Staircase

    Dusting & Polishing of spindles/railings, stair treads including horizontal and vertical portion, moldings and railings. Carpeted stairs are vacuumed including horizontal and vertical portion.

Home Cleaning

Full cleansing, scrubbing and disinfecting of kitchen and bathrooms including removal of any items/products left by previous tenants.

Window Glass Cleaning

Services includes: Cleansing and polishing of your window glass and casings. Vacuuming and cleansing of interior window sills (with window in open position).

Carpet
Shampooing

We utilize standard carpet shampooing equipment and color-safe products including traditional vacuuming of surfaces in preparation, followed by shampooing of carpeted surfaces. Repeat shampooing as needed for deeper stain removal. 

Pre & Post Party 
Clean-up

Let us take the hassle out of your party planning and clean-up after! Our team is available to help prepare and clean your space for entertaining!

    Our team is available to help prepare your space for entertaining! We can also clean up after including cup/can collecting, dishwashing, throwing away or packaging leftover food/supplies/decoration, etc. Of course, all followed by cleansing and disinfecting of tables, counters, serving spaces, etc. and vacuuming and mopping as indicated.

  • Service Includes

    Deep dusting and vacuuming of construction debris including around light fixtures and inside vents as accessible, followed by thorough cleansing and mopping of all hard surfaces throughout the job site. Repeat cleansing and polishing of surfaces as needed. Cleaning of window glass and sills. Shampooing of carpets & upholstery as necessary.

Window Blind Cleaning

Service Includes: Our professional team takes care of cleansing and polishing of your window blinds such as wooden or plastic products. 

Organization & 
De-Cluttering

Sorting, rearranging and placement of various clutter throughout the home, basement, attic or garage. Our team will work directly with you to immediately alleviate clutter as well as establish a system for you to maintain for true organization! 

Pricing

Pricing for all services is provided after a consultation. 
All consultations are complimentary with no obligation to commit to services. 
At the time of the consultation, a walk thru will be completed with ABC staff member and client to review the specific needs of the space as well as the services that could potentially be provided. After the consultation a quote will be provided to the client outlining the specific details of their space as well as the services to be performed. Pricing will be outlined specific to the services rendered. 

The initial cleaning service for any client will almost always be a deep cleaning. An exception would be clients who receive a la carte services. The deep cleaning sets the stage for which our crew will then maintain moving forward. Clients opting to receive routine services after that will receive discounted pricing based on the frequency chosen for their space. Clients opting for more frequent services will receive greater discounts. 

Residential Clients may choose weekly or biweekly services. Commercial Clients may choose multiple visits weekly, once weekly or biweekly options depending on the type of space and services being provided. Specialty services are considered deep cleaning services therefore discounted pricing will not be provided for these. 

Gift Certificates & 
Pre-paid Services

Gift Certificates and Prepaid Services are available upon request. Consultation is still required and our staff is fully trained to help you make the best choice when deciding to give someone the gift of clean. Whether it’s for a residential or commercial service, our goal is to ensure you receive the best cleaning possible!
